The large route carrier, the Połacak Express, has stopped work. From October 1, the company canceled trips between Połacak and Minsk.

The website of the Połacak Express states that the carrier is temporarily closed. When resumes travel to the capital and back, it does not say.

The main cause of the crisis, the company calls the proposed terms of cooperation with Minskoblpassazhirtrans.

“Many clauses of the contract not only infringe upon the interests of our enterprise, but also have subservient signs expressed in the inclusion of clauses in the contract that contradict the current legislation, collecting payment for services that the customer must pay, including clauses that infringe constitutional rights, namely to defend their rights under this contract in a court of law, ”the carrier’s statement says.

In the second half of September, the Połacak Express sent a protocol of disagreement to the operator, but did not receive a response from Minskoblpassazhirtrans.

Problems with the "Połacak Express" began a few weeks ago. At the end of September, the carrier announced that it had stopped booking tickets for October.
