Incidents in Połacak city election district #27 and Połacak rural constituency #28 told voters and observers.
Resident of Połacak was asked to sign for the nomination of a candidate Natalia Guyvik acting deputy of the Parliament, right at the time of admission to the clinic. In addition to doctors and nurses in the office was the third person – also a nurse – a subscription list. A citizen complained about the incident to the CEC, but was told that violations of the electoral legislation is not seen. Like, Picker signatures went to work in his spare time, and the building of medical institutions is not included in the list of places where it is forbidden to collect signatures.

When the time to prepare 120 certificates for the members of the initiative group, for me remains a mystery."

Valentine Bolbat notes that Vierchniadźvinsk, where she lives, and which is included in Połacak rural district #28, was not noticed any picket to collect signatures. None of the potential candidate Andrei Yunitsin nor the potential Eugen Kryzhanovsky candidate, well-known actor and satirist, who lives in Minsk and is deputy chairman of the LDP (he also registered in Połacak initiative group, though, under the law, may be nominated as a candidate by his party).
