Unjust decisions of courts

According to Vladimir Zhurba, Belarusian courts do not get protection for entrepreneurs and contribute to the destruction of the business, bringing unjust decisions, which is a crime on the part of judges. "Complaints against judges in the public prosecutor's office will not be accepted without payment of duty. It turns out, "pay the prosecutor's office, and then she will consider your message about criminal judge," and at the same time, failure to report a crime punishable, - complains entrepreneur. - Prosecutors, courts, regulatory authorities, the police began to commercial organizations that compete to see who will collect more and faster money fines, duties. Proposals of the entrepreneur

Vladimir Zhurba invited the Government seven simple steps to improve the investment climate and the creation of new jobs:

1. One of the leaders of the Executive Committee shall be responsible for the fate of small businesses.
2. Conduct a tax amnesty, by 50% to reduce the number of regulatory bodies.
3. Free to give vacant land for the production of small businesses.
4. Conduct a massive amnesty and release from prison technicians.
5. Simplify the permit system for enterprises, licensing, certification.
6. Remove turnover taxes, the VAT return to make, and not scoring.
7. Do not take the law retroactive.

"I do not need to be convinced to vote against government policy, the government itself is doing everything to antagonize people. And example of this is enough," - says the businessman with regret.
