Vitebsk region is an outsider in terms of fiscal discipline among the regions of Belarus. This was stated by the Acting Chairman of the State Control Committee Leonid Anfimov at the board meeting the SCC.

A resident of Vitebsk Tulubenski Paul (pictured) has applied to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus.
