According to the minister, professionals need to refresh your memory and technological approaches to implement in practice their knowledge. Precise execution of the technology should be dogma and rule for all farms in the region. "Everyone - from the ordinary worker to the head of the district - should feel the serious responsibility for the fate of his company and for the development of administrative-territorial unit as a whole", - says Leonid Hare.
He stressed that it is necessary to conduct forage at the optimum time with maximum care about quality. Only in this case we can expect a positive result. " All shortfalls calves, all unproductive population - is the result of a lack of staff at all levels.
