The Economic Court of the Viciebsk region opened a bankruptcy case in the case of economic insolvency (bankruptcy) of the Połacak Universal Base and appointed a trial on April 6.

Analysis of the financial condition of the organization has shown that it is insolvent, while the inability to fulfill financial obligations becomes sustainable. As of January 1, the company's overdue debts exceeded 6.6 million rubles, including more than 2.2 million on mandatory payments to the budget, BelTA informs.

The case of bankruptcy of the Połacak universal base was initiated in October 2017 on the debtor's initiative. Prior to this, the board of Viciebsk Oblast Consumers Union, which is the founder of the organization, recognized the work of the base as unsatisfactory and decided to initiate a bankruptcy procedure.

The cooperative-trade unitary enterprise "Połacak universal base" specializes in wholesale and retail trade, has a branch "Šarkoŭščyna canning factory" (production of cider and other fruit wines). The value of the property is estimated at 14.7 million. The number of employees on January 1 was 240 people.
