The fact that state enterprises, as well as entrepreneurs were once again asked to transfer money allegedly to the district subbotnik and the improvement of the territory, reported "Nasha Niva" referring to its own source.
The letters were sent to the editorial office with these requests, from which it becomes clear that the main artillery of the district executive committee is involved in the collection of funds, but there is no fixed amount for workers in the economic sphere: someone is asked to transfer half of the base amount (11.5 rubles) to the account, transfer 35 rubles, and some – in general 200.
Saturday itself was held on October 7, but the money for it is asked to be transferred until October 30.
"Of course, such charges are typical for our state and are not the first time, but in Brasłaŭ this year they took a special dimension: officials personally control this process, and if money does not arrive or the amount is less than "asked", entrepreneurs call back and ask to write an official explanation. And no one takes into account the economic condition of individuals: for example, my friend has a child, and there is no extra money in the family. And where these funds then go exactly – it is almost impossible to find out," a Brasłaŭ resident is indignant.
The local economy department does not believe that the above amounts may be a problem for entrepreneurs:
"Do you really think that this money is a problem for entrepreneurs, for those people who have a stable income? It should be understood that state financing for the development of urban infrastructure is now minimal, and the collected funds will benefit the same area," commented the head of the economy department of Brasłaŭ District Executive Committee Elena Dranevskaya.
Supports her and the head of the Department of Agriculture and Food Maxim Chagarin, setting an example: "I myself passed the money to the subbotnik. If we want our city to become more beautiful and that at least a little developed, we need to take such measures."
Some associate such overactivity in the search for additional funds with the fact that in 2019 in Brasłaŭ planned regional "Dodzhinki". This means that the next year will be preparatory, and the means for carrying out the district in order should be searched promptly. However, according to the law, no one can force the Belarusians to work without their consent, or to give money to subbotniks: all this should happen on a voluntary basis.
