Workers of PUE "Elect" in Vorša, which belongs to the Belarusian Society of the Visually Impaired, sent a letter to the media. According to the letter, the plant installed new daily norms that can not be performed. The salary remained the same in this case.

Enterprise visited Chairwoman BelTIZ Oleg Shepel. According to the workers, he referred to the difficult economic situation and advised to be glad that there is at least some work, because some businesses are generally BelTIZ.

In the letter, the workers said that employment of persons with disabilities and the payment of their salaries paid by the state: "They take the man to work for persons with disabilities to adapt the program to work for 1 year. Create jobs, while the government compensates for the costs of creating jobs for the disabled. It's somewhere around 40 000 000. But this is only on paper, because the jobs created for a long time and create them is no longer necessary. In addition, the state during the year offset employer costs for wages for the disabled, that is, in fact the employer, there is a PUE "Elect", all in black. The Organization Department BelTIZ commented on an operating PUE "Elect": "In both cases, all ambiguous. The creation and adaptation of workplace disability is engaged in the enterprise itself. BelTIZ can not give money for jobs, but only on the development of production. This may be the purchase of equipment, for example. Salaries are the same in either case, the company pays only."

Chairman of the NGO BelTIZ Oleg Shepel also commented on the situation at the plant in Vorša: "Disabled people are now written to the prosecutor, the presidential administration... But I tell you: it – sabotage. Now, however, all was quiet. The fact that the new rules have previously performed on the central enterprises and other branches. An error occurred in Vorša branch. In Vorša rate was 540 units, and in Vitebsk 650. Both companies are workers of with disabilities.

I myself am visually impaired and worked earlier collector as they are. When I came to the meeting, I said – I'm ten days to do this operation, and what rate I will do this and set. They do not agree. Then I offered other products to give other affiliates, so they were easier. Also, we do not agree. They either do not know or do not understand that the salary they will never be high, because they are equal to the collectors of the first and second category under the law, which means that work will not be profitable and wages will catch up to the minimum. Simply put, if we raise salaries, the branch will become unprofitable.

Recall that in February, the PUE "Elect" has already occurred workers' strike, which received 900 thousand rubles a month, demanding that they pay the minimum wage.

Guide BelTIZ acknowledges that factories, which employ disabled people, it is difficult to compete on equal terms with other companies, which produce more due to the automation system. Do not help to solve the problem even preferential taxes.
