Individual entrepreneurs Viciebsk prepared to support a mass protest, which the Republican Public Organization "Perspective" is going to be held on March 14th in Minsk near the building of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties. Despite pressure from the government, the struggle for the abolition of the decree #222 will continue.
As previously reported, with the onset of spring calendar number of small businesses has increased significantly in the Viciebsk markets. Although a return to pre-crisis state is not observed, and a considerable number of vacant jobs and roller blinds noticeable to the naked eye, the situation has clearly improved. To clarify the current situation in the business environment, we asked Viciebsk representatives of small business and the deputy chairman of the NGO "Perspective" Anatoly Shapovalov.
Says Anatoly Shapovalov:
– Exit significant portion of small businesses to their jobs does not mean anything. Just to survive, people are trying to exploit the situation. And it is that the top is given unspoken command: while entrepreneurs do not touch. However, the status quo can be maintained only until the first outbreak. Suffice several seizures – and the situation will explode. And, I think, even more powerful than it was before. Power monitors the mood in the business environment, a monitor, but no action is taken.
The main opponent of the abolition of the decree #222 is the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus. And this is understandable: in case of cancellation of the decree "fly head" of its developers. Therefore, despite the ban of the Minsk City Executive Committee "March of entrepreneurs", the head of the NGO "Perspective" Anatoly Shumchanka urged his supporters to come to the ministry on March 14. And I am sure that this time would come much more people than before. Go there and Viciebsk entrepreneurs. After a stalemate situation: even the cessation of business activity requires a minimum of 60 – 70 million rubles, which most do not.
Businessman Oleg sure:
– In the case of massive fines markets cease to exist, unemployment will begin, and will not know that. And no businessman, which it would be impossible for something to be fined at the moment on the market. The required documentation is no one else, and make it simply impossible. If the government does not want to cancel an order, they should at least there will make additions that will enable us to work quietly. After all, our demands solely economic. The protest actions many have not yet see the point, but once people begin to close when the work will not, then I think they see the meaning of it all.
The situation was absurd situation: the government wants at the expense of entrepreneurs realize the products manufactured in our light industry. But it was not our fault that our factories do not sew things necessary to our consumer. Such economic policies of the state itself is forcing buyers to go for purchase in Russia. All of our major customers have in Smolensk, and in fact they are taken out of the country's currency. And many Viciebsk entrepreneurs are forced to transfer their business in Moscow, Vyazma, Smolensk... The impression is that we want to destroy.
Entrepreneurs Group, interrupting each other, willingly shares his thoughts:
– The most interesting thing people do not understand what is happening with small businesses. In connection with the latest requirements of the state, we were forced to raise prices. People say to us: "What you have done what you did, why do we need such an expensive commodity" After all, they become accustomed to cheap goods, but it becomes less and less. Especially in Viciebsk, where such unemployment, and where young people cannot find the use of their forces.
– Even where prices – a miser, still trade is weak: fit, ask and go. It is hard to imagine, but the trade did not revived before the March Eighth. The situation – no. So I want to tell the authorities: "It is true that it was. With 96-year people bought jeans, jackets, blouses, and still no one received poisoning from wear these clothes. No pimples are not covered. But people poisoned food. And not only food: in shops selling uncertified state confiscated the dishes – nothing, everything is fine.
– This is called a "rip-off". Our state raises Russia, Ukraine and the Belarusians down. Until then it came: the Russians sent in the Viciebsk free buses to the Belarusians went to Smolensk shopping centers and left there currency. We lowered the floor. My friend had retired eight million. Tell me how this pension you can live? She had 56 years of standing in the market to earn at least a further two or three million, but even want to deprive her of it.
