According to the villagers Bienciai, dry weather to the settlement can still be reached without incident, but in the spring or autumn slush dirt road reminds frontline: cars get stuck in the mud, broken farm machinery, passenger cars, it does not leave even a chance to maneuver.
"Several times tried to drew level roadster canvas, covered pits and potholes – says village elder Raisa Mareckaya (pictured right) – though not for long. Just a couple of months at the site of the old, new bumps. We even refuse to go off-road drivers of buses, tractors and the hard drive."
The village center is also pitted with deep ruts. With this section of the road at all a paradox: if the main streets is the asphalt, something about those few hundred meters seemed to have forgotten.
In parallel with the problem of roads Raisa Fyodorovna tries to solve one – it's a bad mobile communications. In the XXI century, only a few dozen kilometers from the district center to call anywhere at times impossible. Often, to make a call, we have to go out and look up the hill to catch the signal from the tower. In addition, it is difficult in the village to pay for purchases and utilities with bank cards. Because of the constant failures of the terminal often these operations are not available.
"There are problem situations that can be solved on their own, without involving officials – says Raisa Mareckaya. – This applies to restore order on private land, settle personal conflicts among the villagers and other household nuances. Unfortunately, the road issue, we are not able to solve only their own..."
