Traditional holiday "At Mark and Bella" on July 7 in Vitebsk celebrated the 127th anniversary of the birth of the famous painter Marc Chagall. Celebration, held in the garden of the house-museum of the artist on the street Intercession, opened the poet's daughter and Chagall Committee Chairman David Simanovich, who recently passed away.
