August 10 at a public auction in Viciebsk will be exhibited just three of the property, which belong to the historical and cultural values.

Among the lots – one of the buildings of the former barracks complex of 41 Artillery Brigade, №7 house on the street Budyonny. This three-story brick building with a total area of ​​570.3 square meters 2. Although the accompanying documents indicated that the building was built in 1953, it is likely to have in mind the date of the reconstruction as a monument of architecture belongs to the late XIX – early XX century, and this brigade was stationed in Viciebsk in 1899. Price – 1,192,528 rubles 40 kopecks.

Also exhibited a small two-storey house №20 along the street Kalinin, built before 1917. Building with extension, veranda, porch, basement with total area of ​​177.8 square meters. Is a historical and cultural value – building street Kalinin. Price – 223 224 rubles 50 kopecks.

The third monument of architecture – building №4 on Smolenskaya Square. The two-story brick building with a total area of ​​325.9 square meters, built in the late XIX – early XX century. It refers to the building of the Smolensk area. Price – 282 606 rubles 16 kopecks.

In addition, the auction put up the building of the former pilots of the club on the avenue Chernyakhovsky. This building, though not included in the list of historical and cultural values, but built before 1917, initially wanted to carry, and then decided to sell. Price – 207 773 rubles 39 kopecks.

All the buildings are sold with the right to conclude a lease of the land.
