– It all began in 2008 when the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee headed by Alexander Kosinets. In medical circles, the appointment of Doctor of Medicine was widely seen positively, saying that a colleague is aware of the situation in medicine and everything inside, will be keen to eradicate deficiencies in the health system. However, the governor of Vitebsk led policy of creating cultural capital of Vitebsk. Is a good thing – do not argue. But I have this caused some confusion: how to create a cultural capital, when the social sphere in the region lies on the blades. At the time, only in the health scream screaming many problems. Apparently implying that he is a doctor of medical sciences. I retorted: "No, I'm a doctor. And you, Alexander, betrayed medicine, steel, sorry, the regional assistant warden. In general, the doctor, the physician – these words are synonyms. In general, constructive conversation did not happen.

Why this was the reaction on his part – I know.

When Alexander Kosinets back in 2008 did not receive me, I began to write his name on the letter, which pointed out the flaws in the health facilities in Vitebsk. My email is then sent to Provincial Department of Health, there came unsubscribe: that repair is going on it is allocated so much money, etc. That is said that medical institutions is redecorating, but I'm writing something that the medical field requires major repairs.

– Then I went to see the assistant president of Vitebsk region, Viktor Pylypets and openly declared: "Mr. Assistant, you and the President have been deceived. Carry only ostentatious objects." Strangely, however, an educated man who knew in advance that the love of truth is nothing but trouble, he will not, yet continued to pester power structures. Also argued that all these meetings with citizens are a fiction.

I'm not any opposition, I voted for this government, sincerely believed her and felt that if the government conducts meetings with citizens, that really wants to know about the true situation in the region, even though it my duty tell what the problems are in the Vitebsk health. It seemed to me that the authorities are interested to build a state in which all would live well – and ordinary doctor, and official. If I had someone slandered or lied to, I think I would be attracted to administrative or criminal liability. But no one in the court with the claim on Postnov off. I decided to act against another. With me just not to renew the contract. Twice, the first time in 2010.

I worked pediatrician at half rate in the children's clinic number three. He worked on the conscience, to 2008 in my workbook only gratitude. In 2010 I received a letter from the Vitebsk regional neuropsychiatric clinic with an invitation to come to them in connection with "your repeated calls to various government agencies."

Of course, I did not go anywhere. After 20 days received a second letter from the clinic, where it was said that I was invited to go "in connection with the received attitude of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee." Me and this invitation ignored. Since coming to the end of the term of the prisoner with me labor contract, the administration of city hospital number 3 just was not extended without explanation: human rights in Belarus is no one to help, the more "pocket unions".

I went to the reception to the Assistant to the President of the Vitebsk region. At that time it was already Nikolai Domashkevich. And he ordered me to reinstate.

Restored. But not as a pediatrician. Offered a position from which, they thought, I refuse – a pediatric consultant obstetric units Vitebsk region. I went to the sick children in the village of hitch-hiked over 1.8 million salary. 1.8 million – is at stake and a quarter.

But this post is not given to me to work. Contract signed for two years. Period has expired, the contract was not renewed.

In the fall of 2012 Kosinets all over the country, said a good living in the Vitebsk region, the average salary in the region for 500 dollars, and in 2013 will be 700, I laid out in my online payslip.

They jumped at it, raised my documents, found that in 1992, I held an internship in psychiatry (in pediatrics I passed specialization in 1996). I was offered a psychiatrist at the orphanage.

But it was preceded by a very ugly story.

I was invited by the chief doctor of the district children's hospitals and in the presence of the Chief of Staff and the lawyer said, will pass a psychiatric examination that you can engage in medical practice – I extend my contract with you. I believe he volunteered for this examination. I wanted to work with a pediatrician, besides my mother called me from the villages, begging to go back: Well, there is no one to treat their children as mothers go to Vitebsk expensive.

In the mental hospital I passed the test, then he created medical advisory board. The conclusion of the WCC in good health, but has a particular character.

But officials cannot be trusted. In the children's clinic did not take me back. Even though they knew that I am very good at my job. Do you think they did not check? In captivity, a person can fight for their rights, and when a man declared insane, he is deprived of every right, he cannot stand up for himself. And imagine if the man mistakenly declared insane?

Psychiatric patients have so far treated compulsorily.

I am a doctor with 20 years of experience. Graduated with honors from medical school, I have over 45 years of his life there was no administrative violations, conflicts with the law, but I had to prove I was mentally healthy. Although I end up myself yet rehabilitated.

I am a contact person, not aggressive, worked perfectly, had no complaints from patients, even adapted to our society. And the fact that I pointed out the problems in health care... So they are! While fans of pop fun, socially disadvantaged people were in restraints. According to Igor Postnov such imprisonment for "treatment" – is nothing short of incitement to hatred on social grounds, and lawlessness. On the front page stories recorded diagnosis of the disease, "a bum". The reason for hospitalization indicated that "for social reasons". Base, "by order of the executive committee."
