Deputy Chairman of the Ušačy District Executive Committee faces up to 10 years in prison

The story surfaced after checking one of the agricultural enterprises of the district. “Employees of the financial police found out that the first deputy chairman of the Ušačy district executive committee ordered to steal the bull from the farm. He purchased the vaccine to put the animal to sleep, handed it over to officials of the farm, developed a plan to remove the bull from the farm and deliver it to a private peasant farm in Ušačy district, ”says the State Control Committee.

The first deputy of the Ušačy district executive committee is Alexander Ioskin, who was in charge of agriculture and food.

For his special operation, the official used the workers of the agricultural enterprise. The head of the farm picked up the bull and controlled its delivery, the veterinarian put the animal to sleep, the driver drove "where necessary."

The cost of a bull was estimated at 1000 rubles. The whole company opened a criminal case for theft with the use of official powers by a group of persons. The punishment is from 2 to 7 years in prison.

Directly on the official also brought the case for abuse of official authority. He is now in custody. For an unsuccessful stealing goby he faces up to 10 years.

Now the duties of Ioskin are performed by another official.

It is curious that, perhaps, the story is not over yet - the financial police are looking for another 70 heads of livestock that have disappeared from the same agricultural enterprise.
