Individual entrepreneurs have developed a list of demands to the Belarusian authorities and agree on the date of the warning strike. This was told the leader of the entrepreneurs' movement from Viciebsk Irina Yaskevich:
– We usually stop work for one day. We made five proposals to simplify the IP written in a way that all businessmen of Belarus was clear why we close for one day. Now we will accord the date of the warning strike with entrepreneurs from other regions.
– Why did you decide to take this step?
– We have already occurred on account of another critical situation: even those entrepreneurs who have completed all the tough requirements of the authorities of the documents for imported goods, once again faced with the need to sell off the remnants of the goods. Because from January 1, will come into effect new requirements concerning the hygienic certificate for the goods, and all that was brought before this is automatically converted into "remnants".
Even under the old requirements for documentation for imported goods, we have a lot of questions. And to the terminals – especially about the return of the goods and the paid-in terminal at which we lose more than 5% of the profits. And the Social Protection Fund, where we pay a monthly premium, even if you do not work for reasons beyond our control (for example, waiting for the installation of the same terminal, imposed on us by the state).
That is why we have developed this list of suggestions. It includes 5 items:
– Simplify the list of documents in the trade of imported goods.
– Do not increase the multiplying factor to the single tax and VAT (2 and 3 above – respectively).
– Release of the IP mandatory monthly contributions to the Social Security Fund, when for a period of work was not carried out -this objective reasons (seasonal activities, installation of terminal equipment retail space, family and personal circumstances).
– Reduce the rent, taking into account the economic crisis in the country and the rising euro and the dollar.
– Release of the mandatory installation of terminals those entrepreneurs whose income per month is less than 80 million rubles.
Payments from the State of SP, which takes in the mall their 6-8 square meters, has ranged from 3 to 8 million per month. And if you multiply that by the number of seats even in the same shopping center of the city – the amount is large. At the same time we did not take from the state – just pay. Therefore, we demand attention to our problems.
We feel the pressure from larger entities that see us as competitors. But I want to tell them: there is a certain social groups in Belarus that can afford to buy the products only from us. And secondly, if the domestic light industry is already "lies" – something that we still can "put"? Is that the military industry in Belarus?
