A resident of Babrujsk, Natalia A., along with her 10-year-old daughter, came to the Rosinka sanatorium in the Miory district. The woman even in a terrible dream could not assume that the long-awaited vacation will turn into serious health problems. Natalia was looking for the administration building to move in. I went into the open door – and fell into the basement. Now a 37-year-old woman lies in the hospital with a concussion and broken teeth. Her daughter is recovering one, and also fell ill, while mom is not around.
In "Rosinka" Natalia A. came with a child on January 10 in the early morning, around 06:30, – still dark. Behind – the road to Minsk, then to Miory, then – to the village where the sanatorium is located.
"It's dark in the courtyard, though you've gouged out your eyes, there's no lighting anywhere." On the territory, even the houses in which the holidaymakers live are not covered. I found the building where we had to live. I left the child and things there and went to look for the administration – to be settled for settlement. In the dark I saw a man with a flashlight. As it later turned out, it was nachmed. Probably, she too did not have enough illumination, time went with a small lantern. She showed me where the medical unit is. They told me that at 8:30 it will be possible to register. She went to her daughter – she was sleeping. I think: okay, I'll go to the registration, – the woman reasons.
At about 7:45 Natalia approached the building, on which hangs a white plate with an inscription in green letters "Administration".
– I see a small porch and two doors, absolutely identical. One is closed, the other is wide open. I go into the open door. It's dark there, but I think that now the motion sensor will work and there will be light – as in the room where I left the child. I take a step and fall into the dark cellar. I fall from a decent height – about 2-2.5 meters. It turns out that someone did not close the utility room.
The entrance to the administration was a neighboring door, closed.
At the fall, a young woman knocked out her teeth: one fell right away, two more staggered – later the dentist strengthened them with tires. In addition, she received concussion, bruises and bruises on her face, hands and stomach.
– Having fallen, I did not lose consciousness. There was a state of passion, I immediately got to my feet and jumped down the stairs from this cellar. I remember, I still counted that I had overcome ten steps. The blood flows, I search in a bag wet wipes to help myself a little. I understand that the blood flows without stopping, and go to the medical unit. There I was examined by a dentist, he said that it is necessary to impose tires. And they sent me to Miory, "the woman recalls.
The doctor at the regional hospital had sealed the wound in the mouth and the tires. The woman returned to the daughter in a sanatorium. I called the police. The agencies took explanations from the injured and the leadership.
– The administration explained to the police that the light in the basement lights up: there, according to their words, the motion sensor is triggered. In that case, it turns out that I'm not normal: I took myself and stepped into the lighted basement opening, so, what?
On January 11, Natalia went to the forensic experts to fix bodily injuries. On the same day she was hospitalized: the woman became ill because of a concussion.
The daughter, who was left without a mother, was identified in the detachment where the children are without their parents' supervision. "But my daughter is now in the detention center. We came to this sanatorium, because our daughter often has ARVI and bronchitis," Natalya says.
The woman already knows what she will do next.
– How much will the quality dentistry services cost me, I think everyone imagines. In addition, other bodily injuries are also troubling. Therefore, after leaving the hospital, I will collect all the documents and documents, and I will resolve this issue in a judicial procedure. After all, a sanatorium is a place where people from different places go, with different health conditions. And leave the doors open in the unlit basement – at least negligence. Another miracle is that I did not have a child with me. By the way, the administration in front of me did not even apologize.
