During the day on Monday, September 12, Vitaly Pavlov, who the day before was an observer at school №5 Vorša, was arrested, allegedly for having used foul language at the polling station.
He was detained near the shop "Start" when walking to the bus stop. At the police station it made an administrative report for petty hooliganism.
In fact, the accusation seems doubtful – at all polling stations, there is a police officer, which is when the scandal could delay the observer. Especially as the chairmen of the committees themselves – and recorded in the minutes that it was with the Chairman of the Commission, it is also the principal Voitsekhovitch Natalia Arkadevna, and there was a quarrel obscene – like removing independent observers from the polling stations to the counting of votes for the smallest of reasons.
Here the situation is this: the observer based on the protocol 'expressed loudly swearing, yelling, disturbing public order and activity of the precinct commission, on the comments made did not react, continued its illegal behavior. "In this situation, the chairman of the commission and a policeman showed utter helplessness, and even expelled from the site Pavlov. He quietly got on the site until the end of the counting of votes. And all claim to it there until the next day.
In the opinion of Vitaly Pavlov, the provocation was organized against him. Most likely, in this way the police tried to prevent him to get to Minsk to protest against the falsification of elections, which took place September 12th.
