During the July 3 celebrations in Vitebsk distributed leaflets, newspapers and other products with the pro-Russian propaganda. This was reported by Radio Liberty reader Anastasia Pilyugina. According to her, she saw three people who on the banks of the Dvina, where the point of catering, distributed products.

In one of the leaflets, among others, it was written: "The creator of the Russian people chose the spiritual guide of all humanity. First, revive the Russian people. Belarus and Ukraine for the Creator - is indivisible Holy Russia! Our people lead the humanity of the planet."

Anastasia Pilyugina asked the distributors, on what basis distributed products. To which she replied: "On the basis of the fact that our President Alexander G. supports us." Distributors have rebuked the girl for embroidery, in which she was dressed.

Later Anastasia Pilyugina appealed to the police. Those promised to investigate, but the distributors were gone.
