- Bucket already snagged a small part of the foundation. Presumably, this is a big cathedral Boris and Gleb Monastery. At the side of the trench is visible part of the wall of the ancient temple - said local historian.

According to Alexei Buhovetskogo, earthworks in the historic center of Polotsk go a whole week.

Boris and Gleb Monastery Belchitsky appeared at the turn of XI and XII centuries on the left bank of the Western Dvina (outside the city of Polotsk at the time).
