At most, Article 317 part 2 of the Criminal Code (Violation of traffic rules, resulting in the death of a person) punishable by imprisonment for five years (and not as a limitation, as is the case with the sentence Dubko). The case considered the Judge Martirosyan.

Relatives of the deceased, who spoke in court as victims, were outraged by the softness of his sentence and appealed to the Vitebsk regional court.

According to the son of the deceased, of the sentence does not correspond to the severity and consequences of the offense. In addition, the defendant has not admitted his guilt.

"This verdict causes us, the victims, but awareness of helplessness before the arbitrariness of government officials, including prosecutors and the court, and clearly shows the uncivilized state in which the citizen lives, ruined guilty official, unacceptable impaired" - said in the appeal against the sentence Kastrychnitski district court of Vitebsk.
