October 29 – Day of Remembrance for the victims of Stalinist repression. Holding this day of unauthorized actions by local authorities in Haradok was stopped by police after twenty – twenty-five minutes from the beginning. The action was conducted by the Chairman of the Vitebsk regional organization of the Belarusian Popular Front party, Leonid Avtukhov.

Ballot stuffing recorded 68 Pervomaisky district of Viciebsk area, located in the building of the PMC "Vitba". This was reported by observers of the organizing committee of the party "Belarusian Christian Democracy".

Removal took place on the first day of early voting, although to this day problems with the registration and polling stations visited did not arise.
