November 28 in Zheleznodorozhny district court of Vitebsk held hearings of administrative cases of journalists who were photographed against the backdrop of urban graffiti on the eve of November 5th. Dmitry Kazakevitch and Elena Stepanova were fined 20 basic units (3,000,000 rubles), and Elena Shabunya - 18 base for a violation of Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code (violation of the order of organization or holding mass events).

The case concerned an incident at JSC "Polotsk-Fiberglass": activists wanted by the authorities reasoned response, whether by order of the leadership of one of the shops in the melting furnace burned alive cat with kittens.

On the eve of November 5, the day of the World "Stand Up for Journalism", a group of Vitebsk members of the NGO "Belarusian Association of Journalists" was photographed on a background of the building with the city's renowned graffiti - images of cells that fly made of paper birds.
