Then the mother threw the child on the floor, sat down on him, grabbed her by the neck and began to choke, threatening with murder."

"The boy had hematomas on his head and bruises on his neck. He took the threat of murder as a real danger – he thought that his mother really wants to kill him, "added the assistant prosecutor.

The father of the boy told the law enforcement agencies what happened. It turned out that such situations arose in the family for the first time. Family outwardly safe and respectable. A woman works in a church shop, strictly observes posts, often travels on pilgrimage to holy places. In the family, two children, and both mothers tried to educate in a religious spirit. The eldest son is a disabled child, and for health reasons he simply cannot pray and fast as often as the mother required. For refusing to pray or fasting, the mother not only scolded him, but physically punished him. His father tried several times to bring her to justice, wrote statements to the police, but then reconciled with his wife.

"After what happened, the man filed for divorce, but already in the court session he again reconciled with his wife, – said Olga Koroleva. – A criminal case has been opened against a woman under article 186 of the Criminal Code (threat of murder). The prosecutor's office made a presentation demanding to recognize the injured boy who needed state protection and to remove him from the family".
