JSC "Viciebsk regional technological trade center “Garant”" and ALC "Advanced Technology" by the Ministry of Information issued warnings about the inadmissibility of violation of media law, copyright and related rights.

In August 2016 the Ministry of Information were carried out regular monitoring of the activities of operators of telecommunication Viciebsk region: JSC "Viciebsk regional technological trade center “Garant”", ALC "Advanced Technology" and ALC "High Technology Plus".

As a result of revealed violations of the media legislation, copyright and related rights, in particular: failure to comply with a number of telecommunications operators sequence (priority) broadcast television programs included in the package of mandatory public; implementation of broadcast of foreign television programs that have not received permission to distribute in the territory of the Republic of Belarus; failure to notify the Ministry of Information to start (termination) Distribution of TV programs.

Violations found in inspection of JSC "Viciebsk regional technological trade center “Garant”" and ALC "Innovative Technology", in connection with which the Ministry of Information to them written warnings were issued. In SLC "High Technology Plus" violations have been identified, the press service of the Ministry of Information.

Re-identification of such offenses entail administrative liability or exclusion of telecommunications operators that have committed a violation of the law of the State register of distributors of products of television and radio media.
