On May 2 in a building Navapołacak city Department of Internal Affairs was held the proceedings of an administrative offense, which resulted in Andrei Gaidukov was awarded a penalty.
A month earlier, on April 2 Andrei Gaidukov, the organizing committee of the party "Belarusian Christian Democracy" member in Navapołacak detained by police for hanging banners "work – a right, not a duty."
Detention was the reason for the administrative case, which involved consideration of V.N. Shendel, Deputy Head of Navapołacak city police department on ideology and personnel work.
According to the materials of the case, Andrei Gaidukov violated paragraph 17 of the Rules of improvement and maintenance of settlements, hung out a banner in a place not designed to accommodate the material without advertising. This was during the consideration of the case said Mr. Shendel.
Andrei Gaidukov charge is not recognized. According to him, he was going to remove posted by stretching them previously photographed her.
Officer of Navapołacak city Department of Internal Affairs Alexander Baretkin, speaking as a witness, said that Gaidukov indeed heading toward the stretch before he was detained, however, seeing the police officers who tried to escape.
Andrei Gaidukov said that before he was detained by the police, he has twice hung a banner in the day, photographed it and then took off.
V.N. Shendel considered that Gaidukov enough evidence of guilt and decided to impose on him a penalty in the amount of 10 basic units (under part 2 of Article 21.14 of the Code of Administrative Offences), which currently stands at 2.1 million rubles.
Andrei Gaidukov going to appeal this decision in court.
