According to Department for Combating Economic Crimes ATC Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, at the end of 2012 employees BEP operational information was received that the official, acting director of the diagnostic station in Dubrovno in his office gets wealth for issues outside the its competence.

During the search operations to verify this information for the 2012-2013 staff services for Combating Economic Crimes and Orsha Dubrovensky police department was found 11 episodes bribes for technical inspection and issuance of a positive opinion on the validity of passenger vehicles belonging to citizens to participate in traffic.

District Court Dubrovensky former acting head of the diagnostic station convicted under Part 2 of Art. 430 of the Criminal Code of five years' imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony with confiscation of property and deprivation of the right to hold positions involving the performance of organizational and administrative functions in enterprises of all forms of property, for three years.
