As we reported earlier, the Human Rights Committee, the UN acknowledged that the Belarusian authorities to violate the civil and political rights of Antonina Pivonos. According to the decision of the UN HRC, law enforcement and the court then violated rights activist, guaranteed by the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Unfortunately, has become a common practice that the Belarusian authorities do not pay attention to the definition of the UNCHR and do not fulfill the requirements imposed on them in accordance with the decisions of the committee.
