In all regions of the Viciebsk oblast prosecutor's office revealed violations of the order of the public procurement procedures, which creates a fertile ground for corruption.
Customers often unduly crushed similar goods, works or services in the annual plans for public procurement, which contributes to the wrong choice of procurement procedures, including the illegal transfer of competitive procedures for procurement from one source. This violation was discovered at the Department of Education, Sports and Tourism of Biešankovičy regional executive committee.
Numerous violations were identified in selecting the type of public procurement procedure: in the departments of education, sports and tourism of the Brasłaŭ District Executive Committee, the Navapołacak City Executive Committee, KM "Šarkoŭščyna CRH" KM "Pastavy CRH" UE "Housing of Pastavy region" and a number of other organizations.
Also, some customers, for example, UKS Miory district, developing and maintaining a competitive auction and documentation as well as documentation submitted to the participants for the preparation of quotations, indicated requirements, which are not covered by current legislation.

Significant violations allowed the consideration of the bids and selecting the winner, and this involves additional expenditure of budgetary funds, such a breach has been admitted UP Housing "Dubroŭna-Kommunalnik".
In order to eliminate violations by prosecutors of cities and regions 19 representations have been made, issued 13 regulations, announced 20 official warnings. The Prosecutor's Office of Viciebsk region Viciebsk Oblast Executive Committee sent a representation to eliminate violations of the law on public procurement, in which they demanded to settle the question of disciplinary responsibility of the perpetrators of the violations.
Upon review of acts of prosecutorial supervision 37 persons were brought to disciplinary responsibility, and 4 – administratively under Part 4 of Art.. 11.16 of the Administrative Code (violation of the order of use of budget funds, state extra-budgetary funds of an organization of public procurement of goods [works, services]).
