Department of enforcement of judgments has warned of "Połacak-Fiberglass", it is subjected to a fine, if it continues to interfere with the chairman of the local cell of the Free Trade Union of attending workshops.

This Head of enforcement Ludmila Lisova said the chairman of the primary organization of the Belarusian Free Trade Union of Workers of JSC "Połacak-Fiberglass" Viktor Stukov.

Trade union leader appealed to the state agency after in July, he was not allowed in the shops of the enterprise. Meanwhile, in December 2014 the court ordered the administration not to obstruct cell chairman to visit the plant. In case of failure of the judicial decision the Administrative Code provides for a similar violation of a fine on a legal entity in the amount of up to 500 basic units.

– After my treatment the administration not fined because I missed to the plant. In the near future I will try to go to the shop, let's see how to behave in the administration, – said Viktor Stukov.

Note that at the beginning of this year the number of the primary organization of the SPB "Połacak-Fiberglass" workers amounted to more than 270 members.

According to Viktor Stukov, the number is constantly growing union – received about 20 applications for membership from the beginning of the year. Addressed, including employees of other companies, which the union provides legal aid.
