The evening of June 27 at the joint meeting of the Viciebsk Oblast Executive Committee and the Viciebsk Oblast Council of Deputies were formed Viciebsk oblast election commission on election of deputies to the Parliament of Belarus. At the territorial commission also 14 district election commissions have been formed.

Each committee member will work 13 - the maximum number, which allows the current electoral law.

The commission includes representatives of political parties, public associations, representatives of labor collectives and groups of voters.

Unfortunately, the direct representatives of political parties, which logically should be the main actors of the political campaign, were minimally represented in the commissions. For example, out of 195 members of Party committees Left "Fair World" and the BPF Party will be represented by only one member of each, and the Republican Party of Labor and Justice four representatives. Although the party responsible came to the selection of candidates for members of commissions, authorities, for whatever reasons known only to them decided en masse to prevent party members in the committee.

But all other public associations, which have a policy of not even indirect relations, according to officials from the executive committee and the Council should receive the maximum representation in the commissions. Almost all members of such associations as "Red Cross", Belarusian Republican Youth Union, the veterans, "Belarusian Union of Women", "Fund for Peace" and the other, the authorities have been called to work in the commissions.

There are subtle changes in the formation of district commissions. Thus, the decreased proportion of representatives of labor collectives of all district committees, and six rural districts of representatives of labor collectives are absent. Rejecting the representatives of labor collectives, power it safe - because of the difficult economic situation, the villagers can get out of control and break the whole scenario of the campaign.

Overall, however, the formation of the commission was held in the normal mode, the committees were all pre-agreed and proven people who three months will give the desired result.
