Domestic violence – a phenomenon of our time, unfortunately, not uncommon. And often it is faced with the female part of the population. Why is the male half thinks that they are allowed any liberties with regard to loved ones – one them, probably, you know, but have to pay for it by law. That is, by law, pay for their actions citizen P.

Man, being a native of the capital, he lived with his wife in a village of Varapajeva village council. Permanent work he had, his life is easily conducted and actions allowed liberties. From the surrounding demanded something transcendent (which probably was not very capable), and especially – from his wife.

He did not like it when his wife made him remark, respond to them adequately. Once at midnight, when the P. came home pretty drunk, one of them, by the way, not the soft notes, and ended up beating. The couple quarreled and P., to show who is the boss, let his fists.

After alcohol is blown away, the man asked his wife's forgiveness. But not for long lasted remorse: a month later he again struck her. And less than a month, as being in alcoholic intoxication, P. absolutely furious. During an argument, he pushed his wife in the chest, from which she, of course, fell, but he did not stop. Giving husband knee, P. began beating her with his fists. After happen again in less than a month later, the woman went to the police. But then the couple reconciled, the application took a woman.

But the happiness was short-lived ... Under the new year, returning from the guests, a man once again proved himself, and already with more cruelty, not only hit in the face hands, and feet. At this time, the woman wrote a statement and the reconciliation speech no longer conducted. Interestingly, the criminal case against AP has been opened, and he knew about it, though their behavior has not changed. As a result, he was arrested.

In court, the defendant admitted his guilt in full, confirmed that mocked his wife. By the way, the PA was not once tried, but settled convictions. In the community it is characterized as a person, abusing alcohol, and on the basis of violating the public order, as well as anywhere not working.

The court found AP guilty that he regularly beat and threatened to kill his wife. According to art. 186 and  part 1 of art. 154 of the Criminal Code, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 1.5 years to be served in a penal colony, where he will be forced to treat alcoholism.
