The author of the open letter, the activist and former employee of Łukomal UPB Alex Gabriel explains the situation: "The indignation of people have their reasons. All of these issues were raised during spontaneous rallies near the city executive committee, and in meetings with the leadership of the city and the region – for which, however, few residents managed to get there.
