January 25 the judicial board of Viciebsk Regional Court dismissed the cassation complaint management Hłybokaje housing and communal services, which challenged the decision of the district court regarding the reinstatement janitress Oksana Mushkat. Thus, the decisions of the lower court, came into force.

Oksana Mushkat, which was forced to go to court to seek justice, is disabled. Disability-free, she received while working as a janitor in Hłybokaje housing and communal services. The woman demanded lighter working conditions, and did not like bosses. After becoming head of the organization to unwanted worker, Oksana Mushkat felt the various methods of pressure. The prolonged conflict janitress employer and as a result ended with dismissal of the latter.

Disagreeing with the decision of dismissal, Ms. Oksana began to fight for his reinstatement. November 18 last year Hłybokaje District Court declared the dismissal unlawful janitress. In addition, the court ordered the housing and communal services worker to pay his compensation at a rate of more than eight million rubles.

This judgment is, of course, did not accept the employer. At work, a woman has been restored, but also its increased psychological pressure. Says Oksana, the attitude of the authorities it was like a mockery: she was given a personal card account in which it must observe the time of their arrival and departure from work – the rest of the workforce, such a notion does not touch. Twice a day, and forced her to undergo alcohol testing procedure. Furthermore, discretionary decisions have deprived her of the right to obtain uniforms, and only after an appeal to the district organization of labor protection authorities were forced to give the clothes designed janitor to perform their duties.

Disagreeing with the decision of the Hłybokaje District Court, the management utilities appealed to the Viciebsk regional court. The Court, however, in this case, guided by the letter of the law rather than ambitious desires Hłybokaje housing and communal services management. How to change the attitude towards women at work after the present judgment – time will tell.

Oksana Mushkat itself notes that in order to achieve justice it took a lot of effort and be patient, but firm confidence in the normalization of relations to her personality by the management yet.
