According to the Viciebsk regional organization of the Belarusian Red Cross Society, in November 273 internally displaced persons from Ukraine received vouchers. Each voucher owner can purchase food and hygiene products for one million rubles. It is expected that in November-December in the Viciebsk region will receive a total of 600 vouchers.

The project is to assist Ukrainian immigrants who find themselves in the Viciebsk region, supported by the International Committee of the Red Cross. It began in late 2014, and the current stage of its implementation period of two months of the third.

At this stage, every immigrant who falls into the category of the most vulnerable people (people with disabilities, seniors, pregnant women, families with many children, orphans, etc.) Can receive a voucher twice – the first time in November, and the second – in December. Vouchers are issued in accordance with the number of people in the family, but no more than three per family.

To be eligible for a voucher, you must be in the list of the regional "Red Cross", the lists were compiled on the basis of information received from the district departments of labor, employment and social protection. Sometimes help treat people who have not previously been taken into account – they are also added to the list.

Shopping for vouchers may be in retail outlets "Belcoopsoyuz", which are in each district. In areas of the issued and vouchers. This is the difference of the current stage of the project from the previous ones – before to buy something on the vouchers had to go to Viciebsk.

As stated in the Viciebsk regional organization "Red Cross", the voucher will be enough for everyone. If the number of those who seek help, exceeds the quota, it is not a problem – in Minsk there is a reserve that, if necessary, it will be possible to use.
