November 7 in Viciebsk did not picket, an application for which the administration of the Railway area served five members of the Conservative Christian Party Belarusian Popular Front. Deputy Chairman of the district administration Natalya Lepeshkina banned the rally, referring to the decision of Viciebsk City Executive Committee "On mass events in the city of Viciebsk".
