The initiative group in Viciebsk and Viciebsk area to collect signatures for the presidential nomination of the United Civil Party Anatol Lyabedzka headed member of the party entrepreneur Irina Yaskevich, which will coordinate all further work.
Mrs. Yaskevich said that the initiative group in the regional center and the Viciebsk region includes 70 people. There are coordinators and their teams in the city of Vorša and Vorša district, Połacak and Połacak region, but the regional coordinator of this campaign is absent.
How do you personally assess the absence of the head of the field, and will not affect whether it is on the final results of the collection of signatures throughout the northern region?
Let's take a signature – see how it will be. Only life can attest to the influence of this fact. I want to emphasize that we are collecting signatures solely on a volunteer basis. And I think that's right: if you need a change – go and do them. And if you work it, the more useful it would be to wave a whisk: and earn, and direct benefit for the city.
Tell our readers, Ms. Irina, who in addition to the members of your party is involved in the ranks of the Initiative Group of Anatol Lyabedzka.
Collect signatures to help the representatives of various public organizations. We help you and the members of the BCD, and some members of other parties. Involved in collecting signatures and entrepreneurs. To date, Viciebsk them even more than the members of the United Civil Party. As I see it, the fact that the statute meets the aspirations of the UCP most entrepreneurs: it guarantees the protection of the rights of the owner, provides a civilized business. For these reasons, and I'm in this party. At the level of the Viciebsk region, we believe that the current campaign – it's not election race. We believe that at this time we must be together, to be a kind of whole – to achieve the goal, so in our ranks is a motley office.
What showed the first days of the collection of signatures?
We were the first in the city put their two pickets – near the shopping center "Evikom". Sam collecting signatures is quite complicated, because when people are just walking around the city, they were not to collect signatures, they are mostly without passports. So the attitude of the people in this process is not unequivocal, but we do our job, the process goes.
That Sunday our boys stood, was the intense heat, the girls are released, and all day they gathered 30 signatures. While the overall figure for the first few days is not the one that we would like to speak. Since Saturday is our rally on Freedom Square. On the same day, and Viciebsk attended our presidential candidate, Anatoly Lebedko, who walked and talked with the merchants Smolensk market and shopping center "Evikom". Personally a few hours he was able to collect more than a hundred signatures.
What impressions Anatoly Lebedko to communicate with businesses and consumers?
He received a certain dose of adrenaline and good humor. People signed with pleasure and desire. Here's an example: one citizen sign and says a couple of minutes to send him two more familiar with passports. Note: in the markets was perceived very well. And I think it's Anatolia inspired and added a very positive emotions. In general, our candidate was pleased by his visit to the city on the Dvina. This is despite the fact that it was hot, and that entrepreneurs were at work.
Tell us, please, what people usually say, are appropriate to your pickets for collection of signatures.
Some say that the changes are long overdue. Others – that is still to choose who should be, and it makes no sense to engage in futile things. Some people say, well done, is not afraid to go out; Thank you for having collected signatures. But there are those that do not even know about the beginning of the election campaign. We all had such a curious case: Anatoly confused with Lukashenko. One man said: "You've got it some young." – I ask, "Who?" – "Who? Lukashenko!" – "It's not Lukashenka, it's Lebedko!" – "Oh, yeah? No, I am for Lukashenko!"
And you, Madam Irina, believe that the changes in our society really overdue that people who are in favor of change, expressing the views of some more or less significant part of society?
Change is needed not only to those who came. The changes are necessary to all. And it is the duty of citizens – to support these changes. Where it is necessary to start, when the majority of the population silent, sitting watching television, or arguing in the kitchen. Now it is possible to speak even to those who know what to say, those who have something to offer people. The elections themselves – it is an opportunity to tell people the truth about themselves. Are you satisfied with what the majority do not have enough money for basic? Today you will not be able to buy that bought yesterday; that unemployment is rising? If you are satisfied with, what then do you can wake up these people? So, have they any hidden reserves; hence, they expect better from this government. Though it is necessary to understand that the best cannot be expected to have to fight for it, to him it is necessary to move, he has to contribute, but by itself it will not come.
What kind of questions people would like to personally ask the presidential candidate Anatoly Lebedko?
People in our random pickets do not fit, they go no bagels not entice. If a person comes to us, and our picket recognizable landmark, it gives signature. On the one hand we have to stand portrait Anatoly Lebedko, the other – a short biography, which shows all his life and political achievements. Therefore, specific questions arise most often ask, and if he was afraid of reprisals, such as those that were in 2010?
Do you share this concern to the public?
Predict, of course, difficult as answering such questions. Today I can say that no one is repaired, we are no obstacles, despite the fact that our picket standing under white-red-white flag. Police officers repeatedly passed nearby, but no one did not make any comments. Perhaps the government gave an indication of the election campaign – do not touch.
And are there any comic incidents that occur during direct contact with the voters?
There was a comical situation: a man and his family came to the picket demanded hang next to Lukashenko. I like a man with humor, offered to hang it somewhere else. "What do you allow yourself?!" – I heard in response. "What you asked me a question, so I answered. At our stand hangs a photo of our candidate, and why should I here someone else to hang out, hang it where you think is necessary." After my words, he grabbed his family and ran away like a crime scene.
