In Moscow completed work of the 20th International Exhibition of Food, Beverages and Food Raw Materials "Prodexpo-2013." During the week - from 11 to 15 February - showed its products over 2250 companies from 63 countries. Participation in the exhibition and 70 companies from Belarus, not the least of which were producers of Vitebsk.

At the end of 2012 the level of complete trust in the police has decreased in 17 districts of the Vitebsk region and in the regional center. In general, the area of the figure fell from 35.5% to 34.9%. The growth of public confidence in the police, according to information published on the official website of Department of Internal Affairs of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee, noted in only four regions and in Novopolotsk and Polotsk.

Human Rights Committee, the UN has registered a complaint with the Vitebsk coordinator organizing committee of the party "Belarusian Christian Democracy" Tatiana Sevyarynets.
