Human Rights Watch issued a report calling for a doctor to seek the release of Igor Postnov Vitebsk , located in the Vitebsk regional psychiatric hospital for compulsory treatment after a series of critical statements on the Internet and the media. The report Amnesty International says Igor Postnov - psychiatrist of the Vitebsk Regional Clinical Centre of Psychiatry and Addiction - during the last year and a half has repeatedly criticized the government's policy on YouTube and the city's health care system.
