Five areas of Viciebsk hit the list of the main project sites that will implement activities that involve the introduction of approaches geographically-oriented development (top), and to carry out primary contest local UNDP initiatives. Thirty of pilot projects approved by the Coordinating Council of the EU / UNDP promote local development in Belarus.

Draft decision of the Połacak District Council of Deputies was imposed on the 17 session of the regional council chairman of the primary organization of the Free Trade Union of Workers of JSC "Połacak-Fiberglass" Victor Stukov.
