October Vitebsk district court dismissed the physician's complaint on the prohibition of a rally-requiem against police lawlessness. Judge Elena Popkova decided that the October district administration was right, forbidding share Igor Postnova that he was going to spend the last year in December.

Prosecution authorities Vitebsk region audited compliance with the law on the prevention of child neglect and juvenile delinquency in the institutions of vocational education.
