More than six months it took Vitebsk district department of the Investigative Committee to examine skeletal remains found near the villages of Chajsy and staves, and decide not to institute criminal proceedings.

“Improvement of the road in the forest due to the inappropriate conduct of search operations” - a response to the appeal of activists organizing committee of the civil initiative “Chajsy” was Jan Dzyarzhautsau.
