Acceding JSC "Vitebsk plant of silk fabrics" to "Mogotex" from Mahilou removed from the agenda. Vitebsk company will continue to operate as an independent entity. This was announced by Director of JSC Sergey Losev on the results of the recent Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The reorganization was initiated more than a year ago "Bellegprom", which manages the assets of the silk mill on behalf of the state, in order to eliminate enterprise of the difficult financial situation. Vitebsk textile workers now have to prove their ability to work independently and to cope with the current problems. By the end of 2013 reduced plant production, reduced exports, a number of other indicators deteriorated.
