In October last year, the president signed a decree to establish a holding company "Belarusian leather footwear company "Marco". The holding company includes a subsidiary of "San Marco" and JSC "Red October". In addition to them, and the state imposed Vitebsk fur factory.

"Red October" came into the possession of Nikolai Martynov, general director of "Marco" and member of the House of Representatives Natssobraniya even earlier - in 2008. At the Assembly of the business community, which took place on Wednesday, the businessman said that the loss-making business for 4 years managed to pull out: it was to operate profitably, production increased from 16,000 pairs per year to 1.3 million.

However, with fur combine repeat trick does not work. The desire to acquire a state enterprise, apparently, did not ask anyone specifically. According to Martynov, its sale and accession to the holding had been prescribed in the presidential decree adopted "two days".

Simultaneously with the purchase of unprofitable state-owned enterprises on the "Marco" formed large-scale commitment to investment projects. First, the company is obliged to three years to complete the reconstruction and modernization of fur production and reach the specified capacity. Holding enterprises up to 2019 should be made shoes at least 5 million pairs per year.

Return on sales thus should have no less than 12%, the sales revenue per employee - 40 thousand dollars. Planned to create 926 new jobs, half lower import component in the manufacture of shoes and increase exports.

To implement these plans in the decree were prescribed some measures of state. However, after the first analysis of the associated enterprise of experts it became clear that for the three years of his problems are not rashlebat. "We purchased the company for raw materials and lost 9 billion rubles," - said Nikolai Martynov. With the receipt of state also had problems.
