Despite of the debt, "Vitebsk", which is 240 million rubles, the executive committee of the Hockey Federation of the Republic of Belarus decided to leave the team in the national championship. The club was going to find the money from sponsors, but apparently failed to do. Hockey Federation were obtained letters of guarantee Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. On November 1, the team became the budget.

"Vitebsk" promised to pay 83 million rubles to 15 January. The second part of the amount the team is ready to pay up to January 31. Team assure that further disruptions to the payment of money will not.
