Mother and sister of Vladislav Kovalev hope to learn about the place of his burial in court

According to the lawyer, human rights activist Raman Kislyak, Kovalev's native challenged the refusal of the Department of Corrections to provide information on the place of his burial in the Ministry of the Interior. From there, the complaint was "discharged" to the department, that is the very body in which they complained about - it's a first offense.

A second violation is that the refusal to disclose the burial place of the native state agencies refer to Art. 175 Part 5 of the Criminal Executive Code, which does not meet the requirements of Art. 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which prohibits torture and ill-treatment. The practice not to disclose intimate information where buried shot by sentence, is subject to this article.

According to Raman Kislyak, when there is a conflict between the Criminal Executive Code and the International Covenant, the advantage should be given to the International Covenant.
