Chairman of the Vitebsk regional organization of the Belarusian Popular Front Leanid Autuchou sent to the administration of the Railway District of Vitebsk bid to host the April 26 meeting.

The meeting will mark the 27th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster, which affected millions of Belarusians. Expected mass action should also be protest against the construction of nuclear facilities on the territory of Belarus.
