Human rights activists and journalists in Vitebsk in memory of victims of terrorist attacks in France were photographed with placards that read «Je suis Charlie» («I am Charlie"). So they expressed their solidarity with the French people. Also in memory of those killed in the attack on the editor of the French magazine «Charlie Hebdo», flowers were laid to the famous graffiti in the city with cells and birds, which symbolizes the freedom of the press and of expression.
