Ministry of Statistics has published data on average earnings in each of the regions of Belarus in January 2014. The poorest area became Sharkovshchina. In January, workers here earn only $338. A little more in Mstislavl ($354) and Braslav ($359) districs.
But the highest wages were recorded in Minsk ($749) and Novopolotsk district ($724). Following is Soligorsky district ($691), whose enterprises have not reached a crisis after potash. Note that the average wage of workers received only six areas of the country, as well as several regional cities.
