At a rally in support of the candidate of the Vitebsk Regional Council Viktor Zharkov, which was held March 20 in the backyard of one of the schools of the regional center, attended by a dozen people. Most of them - is formed by members of the General Council a month ago for an international public association "For honest power" headed by chairman Peter Ivanoff.

According to Peter Ivanoff, the rally, which took place, was not only to support the candidate Viktor Zharkov : "This rally - in support of all our candidates coming from the "honest power"," - he said.

In the beginning of the event Zharkov Viktor read the text, why and what is it going to MPs: "I go to the polls with the highest idea and political purpose. My idea is honest power."

This candidate was permeated with the spirit of Messianism: "I am confident that honest power will be a national idea, not only in our country but also abroad. Our earth with you, our homeland with an excellent idea honest power in the arena of world history comes a new, unexpected phenomenon by anyone different from science, ideology and religion, and not in single and mass incarnation"- said Viktor Zharkov.

Candidate shared with participants meeting its program, which, as has been said, coincides with the programs of other candidates - members of the General Council to establish an international association. "In the case of entry into power solemnly promise not to steal from the treasury, not to take bribes and do not sign a false official documents", - assured the audience Viktor Zharkov.
