Boris Khamaida: Boycott - a struggle against the darkness (Video)

Legendary Vitsebsk oppositionist Boris Khamaida before the election appealed to the electorate and who counts his voice.

"Dear friends, in my opinion, can not be involved in the illegal so-called elections in illegal tent. Illegal Why? Because there is no legal ground for legitimate elections. In November 1996 the anti-constitutional coup, the legitimate Constitution of 1994 has been suspended and 1996 - has no legitimacy.

Why - so-called elections? Because, since 1996, this is not an election and appointment of certain persons. And they certainly will be required for those who appoint them, not us - the voters.

Why illegal tent? Because, according to the 1994 Constitution, legitimate, it is not provided.

Boycott - this is our first step towards the unity of the Belarusian nation. Boycott, in my opinion, it is a struggle against darkness and lawlessness. After our total boycott, we will be absolutely different.

I appeal to the members of the election commission: the only thing you have to do it honestly believes voter turnout.
